Don't Judge

Don't judge people by their appearances. The kids at school may look different from the people your child is used to seeing. Talk about not judging other people by the way they dress, the food they eat, the way they talk, or how they look. Reinforce that it is OK to be different and talk about differences your child has observed.

Shapes: Circle

Let's talk about circles! A circle is a shape that's round. Try drawing a circle on a piece of paper. Can you turn your circle into something else, like a clock or a snowman? Can you use your fingers or hands to make a circle?

💡 Play time tip! Try this fun little recycled DIY toy -- it's great to practice lacing and reinforces different shapes. The best part? It’s practically free!

We hope you have fun this week! We'll be back next week with the letter K.
