Imaginative Play. At its simplist, this is pretend play; it often includes dressing up in costumes and acting out stories, like slaying a dragon or running a store. It allows children to make choices, practice working together, and experience the outcome of decisions in a safe way. It also supports their cognitive, social, emotional, and language development.

The Color BLACK

Can you find things that are the color black? Percy's shirt is black. What other things can you find in this newsletter that are black? Can you think of any animals that have black fur?
