Meet author Damon Mosley
Delaware Main Library
Thursday, September 22 @ 7 PM
Join us for a conversation with local author Damon Mosley and the Delaware African American Heritage Council, followed by a meet and greet and book signing of Mosley’s new book, “Smile for We!

Mosley created this book as part of a movement to stop the negative stereotypes of Black men seen in movies and on TV. He wants to help the world see Black men in a different light, so he grabbed his camera and went outside to find beauty in the US. As more teens are caught up in violence, he hopes the book can also serve as a positive influence, full of role models for younger generations.

In advance of his appearance, Damon Mosley will be our special guest on Off the Shelf on Friday, September 23; be sure to tune in on WDLR 96.7 FM at 9 am!

The evening’s discussion will be followed by a meet and greet, and a book signing of “Smile for We.” Be sure to sign up to receive updates for this event!
